Yes, all our diamond jewelry and precious gemstones come with a certificate of authenticity. For larger diamonds, we provide internationally recognized certificates from GIA, HRD, or IGI.
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer secure, insured shipping for all orders. Domestic deliveries within the Czech Republic typically arrive within 2-3 business days. International shipping times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer resizing services for rings purchased online?
We provide one complimentary ring resizing for most ring designs within 30 days of purchase, provided the design allows for adjustment. Please contact our customer service to arrange the service.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.
